I love that the Mini Skis work with snowboard boots! I had the best time this winter playing on them. I ride them in the Terrain Parks and its just like Rollerskating at a skate park, but better! I highly recommend them.

May I present you: snowfeet, a new way of going downhill by combining skiing and skating. You just simply strap your hiking boots in it and way down you go (I must admit, I fell frequently way down too, but hey, normal skiing or snowboarding also takes some practicing). I just really love this concept, as the snowfeet are small and lightweight, so you can walk uphill with your normal snowshoes and when you reach the top, you get the snowfeet out of your backpack and you're ready to go! They will def be packed as standard equipment for our next winter holidays.
I’ve really been working hard to get good at these ski skates and I think I’ve done it. Call me a ski skate master or something!
So much better than skiing
I was an intermediate level skiier when I first decided to try Snowfeet. Now, it’s 10X easier to get back up when I fall, I have crazy awesome mobility, and no hassle of carrying lots of equipment. Snowfeet are wicked fun and they work great from easy trails all the way to terrain parks! I even went through some trees which I could never do in skis! I got the basic pair, which worked very well for just having some fun, but next ski season I’m 100% getting the next version up to have better buckles and stability to do tricks. I am 65 and retired now and was missing how much I loved cross country skiing and skating. I couldn't get skates this late in the season so I looked up the price of skis and came across Snowfeet. My first impression was wow! These are genius. What a compact and fun way to enjoy winter trails. I think I will start a seniors Snowfeet club here in Ontario next season. How do you stop Snowfeet?
You can stop using Snowfeet just like you stop with skis or skates. It's similar to a hockey stop. Stopping with Snowfeet might not be as easy as regular skis because they are bigger and heavier, but it's not too hard. To stop, make sure your weight is evenly spread on both Snowfeet. You can also slow down by using a heel brake.
Snowfeet vs. Skiskates - which one to pick?
Snowfeet is great for various activities like hiking, cross-country trails, and sledding hills. You can wear them with any winter shoes. Skiskates, on the other hand, are more professional and faster, mainly designed for ski slopes. They are made like skis, with a wood core, and can be used with ski boots or snowboard boots.
Are Snowfeet easy to learn?
It's quite easy, similar to learning how to ski or skate. Many people actually find it easier. It takes some time, and you might fall occasionally, but that's part of the fun. Have you ever seen someone ice-skating for the first time? It's like that. You just need to keep your balance, which is natural for those who play ice hockey, ice skate, or use inline skates. What shoe sizes are compatible with Snowfeet?

Can I use Snowfeet in powder?
Using Snowfeet in deep in powder is not a good idea. They work better on packed or groomed snow rather than in soft, deep snow. Stick to firmer surfaces for a more enjoyable experience with Snowfeet.
Are Snowfeet allowed to use in ski resorts?
Most ski resorts usually let you use Snowfeet and similar "short skis" on their slopes, but there might be some exceptions. Based on our experience, if you act like you're using regular skis, people usually won't bother you. If someone does, you can explain that Snowfeet have the same metal ski edges as other skis, which is a common requirement for ski resorts. The cool thing about Snowfeet is that you can also use them in many other places, like hiking trails and sledding hills.
Do I need to wax Snowfeet?
Yes, make sure to wax the bottom of your Snowfeet regularly to make them faster and stop snow from sticking. When you're on a skiing trip, wax the base every day.
Do Snowfeet have metal edges?
Yes, they use the same metal edges found on skis and snowboards.
Can I use snowboard boots with Snowfeet?
You can use snowboard boots with Snowfeet.
