They are allowed on most slopes, but it's essential to check the specific rules and regulations of each resort, as some may have restrictions or guidelines regarding the use of short skis.
Strap on your short skis and stand balanced with slightly bent knees. Practice gliding on easy slopes and turn by shifting your weight. To stop, make a wedge with your short skis. Control speed by adjusting how you stand. As you get better, try different turns and tricks. Be safe, watch where you're going, follow the mountain rules, and most importantly, have fun on the snow!
The main difference is in construction and type of boots you can use with it. Skiskates are made out of similar materials as skis, Snowfeet* are made out of highly durable fiberglass reinforced material. With Snowfeet* you can wear your normal winter boots or snowboard boots but Skiskates are compatible only with ski boots or snowboard boots.
