By participating in a Snowfeet* creator collaboration, you agree to the following terms.
Snowfeet* provides the Creator with a product free of charge in exchange for the agreed content.
This is a product-based collaboration. No additional payment is included unless agreed separately, with the exception of eligible Viral Video Bonuses described below.
The Creator agrees to create and publish:
After publishing, the Creator agrees to send Snowfeet* the links to the published content and the original video files.
The Creator agrees to complete the required content within 14 days of their first suitable opportunity to use Snowfeet* on snow. Content that does not require snow, such as an unboxing or product introduction, may be published earlier.
During the application, we may ask for the approximate month when the Creator expects to be on snow. An exact date is not required, and we understand that travel plans, weather and snow conditions can change.
For the 2026/27 winter season, all collaboration content should be published no later than March 31, 2027, unless otherwise agreed with Snowfeet*.
If the Creator's plans change significantly or they are unable to access snow as expected, they should let Snowfeet* know so the timing can be adjusted.
We want real content and genuine experiences.
The required videos must be original content created by the Creator as part of the collaboration.
Reposts, compilations, or content primarily made from existing Snowfeet* footage or third-party footage do not count toward the required videos unless agreed with Snowfeet* in advance.
The Creator should share their genuine experience and should not make false or misleading claims about the product.
Creators can earn an additional bonus when an eligible collaboration video reaches:
The following conditions apply:
The view milestone must be reached within 30 days of the original posting date.
The Creator must clearly disclose that the Snowfeet* product was provided free of charge as part of the collaboration.
A simple disclosure such as:
“Gifted by @snowfeet_original”
is appropriate.
The Creator keeps ownership of the content they create.
By participating in the collaboration, the Creator gives Snowfeet* permission to repost and use the content created as part of the collaboration on:
Snowfeet* may make reasonable formatting changes such as cropping, resizing, adding subtitles, adding text or adapting the content to different formats and placements.
If the Creator does not complete the agreed content and does not communicate a reasonable delay or change of plans, Snowfeet* may consider the collaboration incomplete.
Creators who do not complete an agreed collaboration may not be eligible for additional free products, future creator collaborations or Viral Video Bonuses.
We understand that plans, weather and snow conditions can change. If something prevents you from completing the collaboration, simply contact us so we can find a reasonable solution.
By submitting the Snowfeet* creator application or collaboration form and agreeing to these Terms, the Creator confirms that they have read, understood and accepted them.
