Mini Ski Skates vs Kids' Skis for Bunny Hills
I’d pick kids’ skis for lessons and consider mini ski skates for short, supervised play. Snowfeet* MINI KIDS measure 15 inches (38 cm), so they’re easy to carry - but shorter gear doesn’t mean eas...
Short Skis for Kids: Why They Beat Renting Each Year
My take: Buy for repeat ski days. Rent for a few trips or fast-growing feet. At the article’s listed prices, $549 Snowfeet* Skiblades 65 cm cost about the same as 10 rental days at $55 a day - but...
Best First Snow Gear for a 3-Year-Old
I’d choose toddler skis for lessons and Snowfeet MINI KIDS for short, playful slides - only if the fit is secure. MINI KIDS require both age 3+ and a shoe size of at least US Kids 10. If your chil...

I wouldn’t put a toddler on Snowfeet MINI KIDS: the brand’s published safety notice says its products aren’t suitable for children under 7. That limit comes before balance, boot size, or a child’s...

How Much Do You Save Buying Short Skis vs Long Skis?
Short skis may cost less - but I’d check the full setup before calling it a saving. The article’s listed Snowfeet* prices run from $590 to $950, versus $1,690.89 on sale for a long-ski package wit...
Where to Buy Short Skis for Women in 2026
I’d start at the official Snowfeet* store for short skis, or compare REI, evo, Peter Glenn, and local ski shops for full-length options. My first check? Boot and binding fit - not the “women’s” la...
How Much Is POWDER 99 vs a Pair of Powder Skis?
I’d budget from $690 for POWDER 99 with ski bindings, versus $1,034–$1,334 for the full-length setups compared here. Those totals assume you already own boots that fit and exclude tax and shipping...
