Review in Progress: Snowfeet Pro
As an avid inline skater from Sweden who spends winters snowboarding and springs/summers skating, I was eager to try something new this year. Enter the Snowfeet Pro—what’s being touted as the latest innovation in winter sports gear from what i found out on YT.
Here's a preliminary review based on my initial impressions and experiences:
The purchasing process was straightforward and efficient. After placing my order for the Snowfeet Pro, I was pleasantly surprised by the smooth transaction on the website. Delivery was prompt; within just three days, my Snowfeet arrived without any issues.
The packaging was impressive. The Snowfeet Pro came in a well-designed, sturdy box, making the unboxing experience enjoyable. The Snowfeet themselves are moderately weighted and compact—similar in size to a pair of inline skates but noticeably lighter. This makes them easy to transport, whether you’re carrying them by hand or strapping them to a backpack. Alternatively, they come with a high-quality bag for added convenience.
Attaching the Snowfeet Pro to my boots was a breeze. I’ve tried them with both snowboard boots and regular winter boots, and the process was smooth for both. Indoor testing revealed that the Snowfeet feel light and maneuverable. While they offer a different sensation compared to traditional skis or a snowboard, I anticipate a learning curve when transitioning to use them on snow, which shall be a blast this winter season.
I’ve shown the Snowfeet Pro to a few friends, and it looks like I’ll have some company in testing them out this winter season.
So far, I’m very pleased with my purchase. I’ll provide a more comprehensive update at the end of the season once I’ve had the chance to use them on the mountain slopes.
I had a very pleasant experience with my new Snowfeet* Skiblades 65cm. First time using them, but I've been wanting to buy them for a long time. It all started with their arrival, with a kind gesture on the card, as well as a gift. I went with my family to the "Las Araucarias" Ski center near where we live (Temuco, Chile). In a couple of descents I had them mastered and their short length helped me better control my daughters who were learning to ski. It was an excellent experience, I recommend it!
I've tried skiing and snowboarding, but I have never made it down the mountain(even the bunny slopes were too much for me). I wanted to participate in the snow fun, but just couldn't get my feet right. Then, I saw a video with someone using these tiny skis. My mind was blown! I just had to get a pair of these skiskates. This winter season, I've SUCCESSFULLY made it down the mountain (even without falling!) Miracles do happen! Skating down the hill did the trick.
Learning was easy, practical, when using them you never stop having fun, stopping was easy after a few times of practicing, getting up without fear of hurting your knee, they are the best, I would never change them
I love the mobility that you get from ski skates. Also, they're fast enough to have plenty of fun. I think they're perfect for working with young skiers as well. I can easily skate and tow my 5 year old. If I'm on a slope with her, it's really convenient to have my 44's on. I can walk uphill to her, pick her up, put a strap / harness on her and guide her downhill easily. They are perfect for working with youngsters because you have such mobility when skiing close to them. They make for a fun day on the groomers.
I bought my wife and myself snowfeet the first day we bombed a pretty steep hill worth buying
Arrived in no time, easy and fun to learn, had, and having an absolute blast with my friends on these. Have even been looking into getting a 2nd pair so more people can have a go at once. Swapping them with different boots is also easy because the binding just slides back with the press of a button.
Skiskates are the perfect solution to enjoying the mountain and have opened up the opportunity for me to ski with my family as I didn’t snowboard and couldn’t turn with regular skis. With my Skiskates, I wear snowboard boots. I can turn or stop quickly and gain as much or little speed as I like while riding the mountain all while feeling in control of my body. I can easily do blues and greens on the mountain. I love that Skiskates are adjustable in size so my family can use them too!
As a lifetime skier I have always loved the sport but STRUGGLED with the boots! I have giant calves and despite ordering custom boots I still struggled to be comfortable enough to want to continue the sport. I always joked that if I could just do snowboard boots with skis I’d be set. Then I found SnowFeet!!! I have done more skiing this year than any other year in my adult life! Including some time in Utah. What a life changer for me.
Got ACL injury two yeas ago using skis and i thought that’s it for me. Took my chances buying the snowfeet skiboards and i love it! I love rollerblading when i was younger and it felt like the same thing in snow when i got to try these! Now i am excited to visit snow resorts again here in california!
I have been looking for a ski option was that nimble, light, easy to transport and travel with; the 65cm Skiboards are PERFECT!!
I had a blast with these ski's, so much fun! I was also able to pack them in a duffle bag with my snowboard boots and check them like regular luggage. Excited for my next trip to the mountain!
I learned on snowblades growing up but transitioned to skis a couple years ago. I ended up dreading family skiing days because I felt like I had lost all of my abilities and everything was so heavy. I decided to get a new pair of snow blades (here called ski blades) and everything has been amazing since. They were easy to adjust to my boots, easy to strap into, and after going to the mountain once, I feel like I'm 16 years old again and all my muscle memory has returned. My family has gone to the mountain four times in the last month because I am so excited about them.
No issues with shipping or the product. Plus the bonus snowfeet glasses were a great perk!
I'm loving my new 44's. They're so agile and I'm comfortable all day. I was riding ODR ski skates before I found these. These have significantly more surface area (faster / more balance) and I don't have to keep my weight on the heels to avoid faceplants. With the ODR type ski skates your legs are under constant tension, it tires out your legs. These Snowfeet allow for a more normal ski type posture and do not tire my legs the same way. I had a lot of fun with my ODR's. Black diamonds, blues, or beginner slopes with my 5 year old were all fun. The Snowfeet are a step up. I carve better on the steep stuff and have better all around balance, with the same agility. I do take these down black diamonds and they are fun. These are my first choice for fun on the slopes. If there is more than 3 inches of powder or if it's getting slushy though (warm day), you are going to need something longer. These are also great for working with kids on the slopes. I can skate right over and pick up my 5 year old no problem. If I need to walk uphill to get her It's not a trouble. I pull my kid while skating around the lodge areas to speed things up and it's not awkward. Thanks Snowfeet! I'm loving them.
As a former snowboarder, I opted for the 65 cm Snowfeet Skiboards with snowboard bindings to help train my 3-year-old on skis. The transition was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised by the performance. By the end of my first day, I could navigate the mountain, ski backwards, and maintain control while skiing with my daughter. A great success for both of us!
At 37 years old, 6'4", and 255 lbs, I've found the 65 cm Snowfeet ski boards with snowboard bindings to be a game-changer. Not only have they been a hit at Mt Hood in the PNW, but they've also given me the ability to assist my 3-year-old on skis with ease. Now, my wife can take a break from ski training, which has made our mountain adventures fun for everyone.
If you are primarily looking for a short ski to help train youngsters, I may recommend trying the 99 cm option. I believe that will give you a little better stability behind you to prevent falling backward. It took me one or two falls to figure out the body positioning while holding on to training ropes, but I still am very happy with the 65 cm option. I'm intrigued with the 99 cm powder ski option when they are available with snowboard bindings! Let's just say since I've purchased these skiboards, my snowboard hasn't left the truck!
Yesterday was my first full-day riding my 99 CM Snowblade Short Skis up in Big Bear, California. The experience was awesome and I highly recommend these skis! The build quality is top-notch and the 99 CM length is a perfect balance of responsive maneuverability that can also handle steeper runs and faster speeds. It was very easy to get started and I was comfortably riding the entire mountain top to bottom by the end of the day. Riding backwards was surprisingly easily which was very nice when looking back up hill to help friends/kids who are learning to ride. I'm confident that these skis will be also be great for riding with my kids while they learn and I'm looking forward to taking them on my next trip to Mammoth in a few weeks.
Received our Nordic Snowfeet about 2 weeks ago and got a chance to use them for the first time today. We purchased two sets so both my wife and I tried them. Our initial impression is very positive and we really seem to like them. We both love the size and our increase flexibility to move as we need due to the size. We were on a trail that was not groomed and look forward to the next time we get out to try them on a groomed trail.
Definitely a bit of learning curve coming from longer skis but it’s nice to see by the end of the ride I’m getting more used to it. I like the freedom and the mobility that you can have with them, changing directions really quickly. I highly recommend them.
It’s just so different from regular skiing. It makes skiing so much exciting. They are very light. Skiing with them feels almost like you’re skiing down in boots.
It’s really nice skiing with them. It’s a lot easier than my long skis. Getting in the crevises of random moguls was a lot easier.
They are a lot easier than I expected because I skied long skis and then switching up to these 99 cm I had no problem picking it up. It’s lot different than skiing but it’s got a lot of similarities, especially if you ski shorter skis, the balance is not something to worry about. I had no problem skiing through moguls, it’s a lot more fun than long skis.
They are a lot more lighter, more agile than a regular pair of skis. I like doing a lot of jumps and stuff like that and they are perfect for it. Very different feel from regular skis. It was fun to see how quick I can turn around. If you get the chance, definitely give them a go. You will have a lot of fun for sure.
I have ordered a pair of snowfeet two weeks ago. I was tired of skiing, so i searched for another Option. I was so lucky to find snowfeet at the Internet, because it was a hell lot of fun to ride the slopes with these amazing Variation of snow Skates. I can only highly recommend these things to everybody, who wanna try something new at the slopes.
If you are getting to the snowpark or want to try something different, they are the right choice. They are way more maneuverable, way easier to learn how to control your spins or your balance.
It’s easier than I expected. The bumps are the hardest part. Since the Skiskates are shorter, it’s much easier to turn, so my favourite part with them is spinning in circles.
